The order will ship 10 to 12 business days after the coupon expiration date. All the group orders will ship to the GROUP DISCOUNT organizer. The group organizer will receive a package with all individual orders labeled and will hand deliver it to all participants.

Orleans Embroidery is required by law to collect all applicable state and local taxes for goods and services shipped to Louisiana. Order Cancellation We will do every effort, upon your request, to change or cancel your order. If the order has not yet started the production process, no additional change or cancellation fees will be applied. We do not accept unauthorized returns. If any problem arises, please call us immediately. Pricing / Stock We will make our best efforts to keep our site up to date, but from time to time prices may change. We reserve the right to change prices on the site at anytime. Some items shown on our website may not currently be available or in stock.
Due to the custom nature of our work, we will only replace defective items or refund payment for an order that you are not completely satisfied with if one or the following may occur:

The item is defective from the manufacturer.
- The embroidery quality is not of a commercially acceptable level, as determined & agreed upon by both parties after communication of concerns.
Garment sizes may vary from our manufacturers. All size charts are listed below the item description for measurement reference. If you have any questions or concerns regarding size, please feel free to contact us for more information.
