Please register before you place your first order, go to Start Here on the home page and follow the instructions.
What is included in prices?
FREE official Louisiana Department of Health logo embroidered on each item. FREE shipping to your home when using a group discount. Please add $ 8.00 for shipping on orders less than $ 150.00.
How long does it take to get an INDIVIDUAL order?
Due to delays during the pandemic, please allow at least 10 business days (Monday - Friday) production time for all orders. All items are custom ordered from our vendors, and shipped to our office for embroidery. Once completed, we will send an email confirmation upon shipping your order. For group orders production will start after the coupon code's expiration date. If an item is out of stock, or no longer available we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible. Customer agrees that it will not hold Orleans Embroidery accountable for delays in delivery due to acts of God or other circumstances over which we have no direct control.
How long does it take to get a GROUP DISCOUNT order?
The order will ship 10-12 business days after the coupon expiration date. All the group orders will ship to the GROUP DISCOUNT organizer. The group organizer will receive a package with all individual orders labeled and will hand deliver it to all participants.
How do I know if my online order has been placed?
You will receive the following messages from Orleans Embroidery;
  • Thanking you for the order, with a order comfirmation immediately after you pay for the order. Order status will show as "Processing" on your account page.
  • Stock problems if any within 2 days after you place the order.
  • Shipping status, 7-10 working days after you place the order.
Can I call the LDH to inquire about the shipment?
LDH does not have information about your shipment, we will send you a confirmation once we get your order and another one 7-10 days after that. You can also check your order status online.
How can I get quantity discounts?
You can get quantity discounts if you order the same item in different colors or sizes. You can also order a group discount code via email at store@orleanse.com and you will get a 25% discount, minimum purchase 12 items.
Can I order by phone?
We do not process any orders by phone and prefer if you send all inquiries via email due to the large number of orders we handle.
Can I pay with cash or check?
All orders must be paid with PayPal or credit card online. < Sales taxes Orleans Embroidery is required by law to collect all applicable state and local taxes for goods and services shipped to Louisiana. Order Cancellation We will make every effort, upon your request, to change or cancel your order. If the order has not yet started the production process, no additional change or cancellation fees will be applied. We do not accept unauthorized returns. If any problem arises, please call us immediately. Pricing / Stock We will make our best efforts to keep our site up to date, but from time to time prices may change. We reserve the right to change prices on the site at anytime. Some items shown on our website may not currently be available or in stock.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the custom nature of our work, we will only replace defective items or refund payment for an order that you are not completely satisfied with if one or the following may occur:
  • The item is defective from the manufacturer.
  • The embroidery quality is not of a commercially acceptable level, as determined & agreed upon by both parties after communication of concerns.
Garment Sizing Garment sizes may vary from our manufacturers. All size charts are listed below the item description for measurement reference. If you have any questions or concerns regarding size, please feel free to contact us for more information.
