- HOW IT WORKS
- • Send us a direct email to [email protected] requesting a Group Order Coupon Code. (Include desired expiry date & shipping address for the shipment upon completion).
- • Share the discount coupon with your co-workers.
- • Each person will order and pay individually using the coupon.
- • After the expiration of the code, your group’s orders will be processed, individually packed, & shipped together to you within 10 – 12 business days.
- • Minimum group order total is 12 clothing items. (Accessories, t-shirts, promo items not included with the coupon)
- • If your group order meets the minimum, your orders will be processed & shipped within 10-12 business days (Mon – Fri) AFTER the expiration date.
- • All orders made with your coupon will be shipped together, but individually packaged.
- • The group order will be shipped to the individual who initially requested the discount code. This person is responsible for dispersing individual orders to their recipients.

INDIVIDUAL ORDERS
- • For individual order please allow at least 10 business days (Monday – Friday) production time for all orders. All items are custom ordered from our vendors, and shipped to our office for embroidery. Once completed, we will send an email confirmation upon shipping your order. For group orders production will start after the coupon code’s expiration date. If an item is out of stock, or no longer available we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible. Customer agrees that it will not hold Orleans Embroidery accountable for delays in delivery due to acts of God or other circumstances over which we have no direct control.
GROUP DISCOUNT CODE ORDERS
• Orders placed with a Group Discount Code will ship 10 to 12 business days (Monday – Friday) AFTER the coupon expiration date. All the group orders will ship to the GROUP DISCOUNT organizer. The group organizer will receive a package with all individual orders labeled and will hand deliver it to all participants.
You will receive the following messages from Orleans Embroidery:
- • Thanking you for the order, immediately after you pay for the order.
- • Stock problems if any within 2 – 3 business days after you place the order.
- • Shipping status, 7 – 10 business days (Monday – Friday) after you place the order.
Yes, you can use your own logo. Please upload your Tulane Department logo
before checkout and we will recreate it for you and send you a virtual proof for approval.
Yes, you can bring in clothing, or ship items to us for embroidery at our office address:

Please send us an email at [email protected] to let us know in advance before shipping us items to be embroidered.(Applies to clothing items only – Caps if brought in have a minimum of 6 for embroidery)
We do not process any orders by phone, and prefer if you send all inquiries via email at [email protected] due to the large number of orders we handle.
- If the order has not yet started the production process, no additional change or cancellation fees will be applied.
- Due to the custom nature of our work, we will only replace defective items or refund payment for an order that you are not completely satisfied with if one or the following might occur:
- • The item is defective from the manufacturer.
- • The embroidery quality is not of a commercially acceptable level, as determined & agreed upon by both parties after communication of concerns.
- Garment sizes may vary from our manufacturers. All size charts are listed below the item description for measurement reference. If you have any questions or concerns regarding size, please feel free to contact us for more information.
- • Please note we cannot be responsible for the purchase of an incorrect style, color, or size ordered.
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered may not be returned or exchanged.
Due to the custom nature of our work, we will only replace defective items, or refund payment for an order that you are not completely satisfied with if one or the following may occur:
- The item is defective from the manufacturer.
- The embroidery quality is not of a commercially acceptable level, as determined & agreed upon by both parties after communication of concerns.
