How to order?
Please register before you place your first order, go to
Start Here on the home page and follow the instructions. The uniforms are only available online. We will ship your order for FREE to Alice Birney Elementary School office.
What is included in prices?
FREE shipping to Alice Birney Elementary School. Official embroidered Alice Birney Elementary School on each item. Taxes not included, will be added when you check out.
How can I make sure my order is given to the correct student?
Upon checkout there is a "Notes Section" where you may include the name of the student, & any other additional information.
How long does it take to get an INDIVIDUAL order?
Uniforms will ship 7 to 10 business days after the order is placed, certain items may take a few days longer depending on stock. If you need an order by a particular date please send us a direct email at [email protected] to verify if the in hands date is possible.
How long does it take to get a GROUP DISCOUNT order?
The order will ship 10 to 12 business days after the coupon expiration date. All the group orders will ship to the GROUP DISCOUNT organizer. The group organizer will receive a package with all individual orders labeled and will hand deliver it to all participants.
How do I know if my online order has been placed?
You will receive the following messages from Orleans Embroidery;
- -Thanking you for the order, immediately after you pay for the order.
- -Shipping status will be posted on the website under your account the day after the order was placed.
Can I call Orleans Embroidery to inquire about the shipment ?
Please email your request to [email protected], due to the number of orders it will be easier and faster for us to respond via email.
Can I order by phone?
We do not process any orders by phone and prefer if you send all inquiries via email to [email protected] due to the large number of orders we handle.
Can I pay with cash or check?
All orders must be paid with credit card online.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the custom nature of our work, we will only replace defective items or refund payment for an order that you are not completely satisfied with if one or the following may occur:
- The item is defective from the manufacturer.
- The embroidery quality is not of a commercially acceptable level, as determined & agreed upon by both parties after communication of concerns.
- Please note we are not responsible for the purchase of an incorrect style, color, or size ordered.
