However, LHC is not responsible for transactions, financial or otherwise, between its employees and Orleans Embroidery. LHC cannot and will not be held responsible for any transaction made between Orleans Embroidery and a third party. Although LHC reserves the right to determine the apparel available, the company logo to be used, the colors to be used, etc. by Orleans Embroidery, the responsibility for the quality of the apparel, the delivery or loss of any orders placed, the quality of service provided, and any other interaction between Orleans Embroidery and its customers is between Orleans Embroidery and its customers.

As all items are custom ordered, and embroidered upon arrival please allow up to 10 business days (Monday - Friday) production time for your order's completion. We will send you tracking information as soon as your shipment is completed. For group orders production will start -after- the coupon code's expiration date. If an item is not available, we will let you know immediately. Customer agrees that it will not hold Orleans Embroidery accountable for delays in delivery due to acts of God or other circumstances over which we have no direct control.
The order will ship 10 to 12 business days after the coupon expiration date. All the group orders will ship to the GROUP DISCOUNT organizer. The group organizer will receive a package with all individual orders labeled and will hand deliver it to all participants.
You will receive the following messages from Orleans Embroidery;
  • Thanking you for the order, immediately after you pay for the order.
  • Stock problems if any within 2 days after you place the order.
  • Shipping status, 7-10 working days after you place the order.
LHC does not have information about your shipment, we will send you a confirmation once we get your order and another one 7 days after that. We are not allowed to ship any order to any LHC office building, all orders will be sent to the employees homes.
You can get quantity discounts if you order the same item in different colors or sizes. You can also order a group discount code via email at [email protected] and you will get a 25% discount, minimum purchase 12 items.
We do not process any orders by phone and prefer if you send all inquiries via email due to the large number of orders we handle.
All orders must be paid with PayPal or credit card online. Order Cancellation We will do every effort, upon your request, to change or cancel your order. If the order has not yet started the production process, no additional change or cancellation fees will be applied. We do not accept unauthorized returns. If any problem arises, please call us immediately. Pricing / Stock We will make our best efforts to keep our site up to date, but from time to time prices may change. We reserve the right to change prices on the site at anytime. Some items shown on our website may not currently be available or in stock.
Due to the custom nature of our work, we will only replace defective items or refund payment for an order that you are not completely satisfied with if one or the following may occur:
  • The item is defective from the manufacturer.
  • The embroidery quality is not of a commercially acceptable level, as determined & agreed upon by both parties after communication of concerns.
Garment Sizing Garment sizes may vary from our manufacturers. All size charts are listed below the item description for measurement reference. If you have any questions or concerns regarding size, please feel free to contact us for more information.
